Fish Paella Balls Recipe

Ingredients serves 2

1 red onion diced

1Tb olive oil

2 garlic cloves diced

4 thin slices ham diced

2 cleavers hotdog sliced

2 basa fish fillets cubed

1 green capsicum diced

1 tomato diced

Pinch sea salt, pepper, cayenne pepper

1 pinch saffron

3/4 packet pearl cous cous

1tsp bone of broth chicken broth dehydrated

1 cup water

2Tb chopped fresh parsley

Method

Chop ingredient in to similar size pieces

Place oil, onion, garlic and capsicum in saucepan and saute.

Add remaining ingredients and cover with lid.

Stir occasionally.

Cook for 30minutes.

Serve with warm pita bread
