Breakfast : sprinters chips

Lunch: Thai beef with vegetables and rice

Catering for study dinner for 17 : greek salad *1/2 large cos, 2 lebanese cucumber, 4 tomato, 2 red onion, 1 large jar pitted olives, 2x lemonos feta, 1 handful parsley), 2 tzatiziki, 8 pita bread, 2large hot chips, 34 chicken skewers.

Homemade dressing: 4tb  lemon juice, 1/2 cup olive oil, 2 garlic cloves, pinch sea salt & pepper, 1T organic honey, 1/2 Tb seeded mustard, 1Tb kewpie mayo
