Breakfast: chicken vegetable pie, straight cut chips of oven baked, vegepod lettuce, cucumber, baby beet, pickled ginger, kewpie mayo

Lunch: organic bagel with organic jam and almond butter with organic orange

Dinner: homemade lebanese spiced chicken (see recipe on separate post)with homemade pearl couscous tabouleh (see recipe separate post), lettuce from vegepod, souvlaki wrap
