Lunch at conference  grilled vegetarian wrap (roasted sweet potato, eggplant , roasted capsicum, feta, baby spinach, hummus), fruit juice

Dinner: bibimbap bowl (rice, pineapple, celery, carrot, capsicum, pickled ginger, )
