Breakfast: Miso soup

Lunch: steamed fish & broccoli , sundried tomatoe, beetroot hummus, walnuts, lactose free cheese slice

Dinner  Homemade marinated(organic garlic, organic ginger, lite & dark soy, rice win vinegar, organic raw sugar) Korean pork, kimchi , steamed vegetables and rice and avocado

I had meat marinating in container In fridge and power went out, so my plan b was to cook It on the gas bbq. Always have a back up plan if power is out.

Dessert mint choc brownie
