Ingredients serves 2
1 large Chicken breast cubed
4 mushrooms sliced
1T Organic honey
1 pouch instant Miso paste
1 cup salt reduced Chicken stock
2 Celery stalks sliced
1/4 large Wombok sliced
Chop chicken place on one side of baking dish. Cover chicken with honey.
Slice mushroom place on other side of baking dish and spread miso over mushroom
Add chicken stock water over both.
Slice celery place evenly on top
Slice wombok place evenly on top
Bake 30 minutes in preheated oven 180*c or until chicken is cooked through.
Mix well and serve hot.
