2 large bbq chicken breast fillets cubed
1 teaspoon of lemongrass
2 garlic cloves
1 teaspoon ginger
1 tablespoon fish sauce
1 tablespoon of coconut amino‘s
1/2 teaspoon five spice powder
1/2 cup coconut milk
Pinch sea salt
Pinch white pepper
1 brown onion
1 teaspoon dried coriander
Juice of 1 lime
2 tablespoons green curry paste
1 cup organic mixed vegetables
Method
Chop chicken breast into cubes
Add remaining ingredients to pot
With organic vegetables
Stir fry until all cooked through
Serve with basmati rice
