Fried rice recipe

Ingredient serves 3

1 cup cooked basmati rice cold

2 strips Bacon

2 carrots sliced

1 celery stalk sliced

1 celery stalk sliced

1 onion sliced

2 garlic cloves diced

1 teaspoon organic ginger

1 tsp chinese 5 spice powder

1 handful Shallot

1 tablespoon lite soy

 

Method:

Chop ingredients similar size for fast cooking.

Cook egg in non-stick skillet

Cook bacon

Add rice and remaining ingredients

Stirfry for five minutes

Taste adjust seasoning
