Dinner: homemade miso soup and beef bibimbap bowl (lettuce,vegepod tatsoi, bean sprouts, kimchi, carrot, shallot,portobelo mushrooms, organic basmati rice, egg with homemade beef marinade (lite soy, garlic, sesame oil,sesame seed, organic sugar), sauce : same as marinade but added gochujang, organic apple cider vinegar, rice wine vinegar
