Mango & lite soy honey chicken recipe

Ingredients serves 4

1/4 cup mango chutney

1Tb Lite Soy sauce

1Tb Honey

1 tsp Seeded mustard

2 garlic cloves grated

Light pinch sea-Salt and white pepper

1tsp Cornflour slurry

1 cup salt reduced Chicken stock

4 x 200g chicken breast fillets or 800g tenders

Method:

Mix altogether with chicken breast and marinate minimum two hours or overnight in baking tray covered with foil

bake 25 minutes preheated 180°C oven
Serve with rice and steamed greens
