Catering for study dinner I’m going to be making a nice comfort soup.
Ingredients serves 20
2 bottles organic passatta
1ltr organic vegetable broth from broth of life
1kg organic pasta
Herbs : oregano, basil, parsley, thyme, marjoram, mint, tarragon, garlic powder, sea-salt, white pepper
Gluten free sausages
Vegetables: organic zucchini, mushrooms, celery, organic carrot, wombok, organic red onion
1/ all in pressure cooker and press soup setting or low in slow cooker for the 4 hrs
2/ cook pasta and sausages separate then add to vegetables and remaining ingredients to pot on stove.
