Breakfast: gluten free sausage, avocado, lettuce, mushroom,organic tomato chutney


Lunch: chicken seasoned with dry chicken stock powder parsley and garlic powder, lettuce, chat roasted rosemary potatoes,  no cream mango sauce ( keens curry powder, vegan mayo, organic yogurt, tomato paste, mango chutney, lemon juice)

Dinner: leftover chili con carne ( share platter first photo, then 1 serve)
