Breakfast: 2 homemade organic bagel (each 25g) , 1Tb organic almond butter, 1Tb organic jam

Morning tea :premium crackers

Lunch: it’s winter not salad weather so I’m changing my lunch to leek and potato soup with leftovers from Sat breakfast

Afternoon tea: 1 skinny cow ice cream

Dinner: Homemade honey mustard sauce  and herb chicken schnitzel with gluten-free ham, lactose free cheese with steamed vegetables ( leftover greens from last night dinner, baby carrots, cauliflower)
