breakfast: 30g youfoodz vanilla protein powder, 1 Cup lactose free milk, 1 small green banana (*green banana for lectin free)

morning tea: 15g Lactose free cream cheese with 1 homemade organic bagel (*25g bagel see recipe in previous posts)


lunch:  30g turkey, 1 handful lettuce, 1Tb beetroot puree, 15g lactose free cheese, 1/4 avocado, 1Tb cranberry sauce, 1/2 cup carrots, 2Tb ranch dressing

afternoon tea: 1 cup organic yogurt, 1 apple


dinner: 90g chicken grilled with 1/2 cup Parsnip  mash (1Tb butter, 2Tb cream fraiche), 1/2 cup cooked mixed steamed greens, 1/2 cup roasted purple vegetables
