Breakfast :cleavers beef sausages, onion, tomato, mushrooms, avocado, homemade paleo toast, tomato chutney

morning tea: gluten-free biscuits or homemade cakes with tea/coffee

Ham, tomato, lactose free cheese, lettuce, kewpie mayo, spinach & herb wrap

afternoon tea:

Homemade Bliss ball : almond meal, dried cranberries, dried blueberries, coconut shreds

Entree: homemade  rice paper roll with sweet chili sauce

Spring roll #2 homemade bean sprouts, carrot, capsicum, celery seafood stick, rice paper wrapper served with sweet chili sauce. (Wrapper split due to travelling)

Dinner: stir fry chicken with five tastes Thai basil and chili sauce with stirfry vegetables and noodles.

Supper cheese platter #2: dark chocolate 85% cocao, bliss balls, crackers with bodalla cheese, red peanuts, orange (orange not shown)
