Breakfast: Baked beans, cleavers hotdog, baby spinach and my homemade egg cup. Heat for 2 minutes in microwave

Lunch: Japanese Tasting plate : prawn fresh rice paper roll, teriyaki chicken avocado rice paper roll, crab avo kewpie sushi, smoked salmon and rice, peanut sauce, soy, wasabi


Dinner: youfoodz buffalo chicken pizza with steamed lemon garlic vegetables ( Carrot, zucchini, leek, mushrooms) in chicken stock
