Testing out stock bases for a Soup I am making in bulk on Sunday

The winner for what I wanted to do is none of the bone broths, it’s the Aldi salt reduced chicken stock with mini dim sim, green shallot, fresh ginger and garlic, carrot shreds, bean sprouts and fresh herbs mint basil coriander and the stock has parsley in it. I won’t be doing the same Vegetables  on Sunday but the base is same.
