Ingredients serves 2
1/4 leek sliced
1 cup Brussels sprouts cut in half
2-3 garlic clove diced
1tsp of each: turmeric, ground coriander,cumin,Garam Masala, chili flakes, chicken stock powder , cornflour
1 cup water
1/4 packet organic coconut shreds
slice ingredients as listed
cook everything in saucepan except prawns until cooked through.
add prawns and cook for 2-3minutes until cooked through.
serve on its own or with Konjac pasta
