Toasted turkey sandwich ( lettuce, lactose free cheese, tomato, mayo, Dijon, turkey breast on sourdough bread toasted)

Lunch: oven baked yum cha with sweet chili sauce and prawn stir fry (Thai oyster sauce, 100% natural from bee hivehoney garlic ginger chicken stock broccoli cauliflower and prawn stir fry with jasmine rice

Dinner: sausages with American style bbq sauce, onion, mushrooms with parsley garlic mash and organic butter in the mash, honey baby carrots
