Share platter for two

Ingredients for 2 serves

2 organic celery stalk
3 organic carrot
5 pickled cucumber/gherkins
1Tb ranch dressing
8 crackers
8 slices lactose free cheese block

Method

Cut cheese into cube size pieces to fit crackers
Place on cheese board with crackers

Cut carrot in half in the middle
Cut celery into thirds
Place both on board
Place cucumbers in ramekin and place on board
Place ranch into ramekin and place on board
