Organic baked beans, Cleavers chipolatas, kale fresh from Vegepod

A cold autumn day, this was a nice breakfast to warm up with.

Lunch: (it’s church pot luck today but I won’t be there but hubby is going.)

Pork Belly w Avocado, organic mixed leaves, cuke, pickled ginger, Vietnamese dressing

Dinner:leftovers from Chinese banquet last night with added cooked chicken thigh, cauliflower, bok Choi from Vegepod, oyster sauce
