Lunch:

Pan seared then oven baked Pork loin chop, steamed organic mixed vegetables, potato mash, Dijon and organic honey drizzle

Dinner:

Chinese banquet for 4: Lemon Chicken, Stir fry Vegetables, steamed basmati rice
