I have made up snack trays for meals today. Hubby and I both get same breakfast.
Ingredients serves 1 tray
1/2 cooked antibiotic free chicken thigh
2 organic mushrooms
3 organic broccoli florets
3 organic baby juicing carrots
1 organic gala apple
1 Tb pickled ginger
cook chicken in non stick skillet flip halfway lf way to evenly cook it
tips : I buy the bulk 2kg bag organic juicing carrot as they are still ok to eat just smaller and odd shapes to sell as normal carrot
Place ingredients in tray.
Tip: Cover with cling film if you are doing prep the night before and keep in fridge.
