I wasn’t hungry at dinner so just had the salad, so now I made this dinner . My new item this week at the shops were these sweet potato chips.
Sweet potato chips, fish, organic slaw
Ingredients serves 1
5 sweet potato chips
100g fish fillet
30g Organic slaw
1tsp organic no egg mayo
Coconut oil spray
1/2 lemon wedges
Preheat oven 180*c for 10 minutes
Spray foil with coconut oil spray
Place chips on baking tray and spray with coconut oil spray
Bake for 15minutes
Microwave fish in microwave steamer cook for 6 minutes.
sprinkle lemon juice over fish.
Make slaw by mixing slaw with mayo in ramekin.
