Easy on today back to light meals

ingredients serve 1

1 cup mixed onion, celery, carrot

1 baby bok Choi

1tsp organic ginger minced

1 cup chicken stock

1/2 packet Konjac spaghetti

 

Method:

Drain noodles under water

Chop veg add to pot with stock and ginger and noodles

cook until vegetables are hot and cooked through
