Breakfast #89

Weekend hot breakfast was a late one as we slept in.

Ingredients serves 2

2 organic free range egg

2 turkey rissoles crumbled

2 slices bacon

1 tomato halved

2 cubes frozen spinach

Coconut oil cooking spray

Serve with 1Tb coconut amino BBQ Sauce

Method:

Spray non stick skillet with spray and another frypan with spray.

cook eggs in non stick skillet to your liking.

cook bacon, crumbled rissoles,tomato and spinach in 2nd pan until cooked.

plate up and sprinkle over bbq sauce.
