Filipino Adobo Chicken Legs for 24 Cost $1.17 per head

Ingredients Serves 24

1litre Chicken Stock Salt Reduced

2Tb Brown Sugar

24 Chicken Legs

1/4 cup Red Wine Vinegar

1/4 cup Malt Vinegar

1/4 cup Apple Cider Vinegar with mother

2 1/4 cup Kepjap Manis (Indonesian sweet soy) (*for Lectin-free use coconut amino but reduce amount to half)

4 Small Red Onion

15 bay Leaf

9 Black Peppercorns

18 Cloves peeled garlic Crushed

water to cover

 

Method :

Place all together in slow cooker and cook on low for 2 hours on high  or until chicken is cooked through or 4 hrs on low

Great with rice or salad
