Lunch #79

When craving something I make my own version which is what I did for lunch. Pad se-ew no meat.

Vegetable Pad see-ew

 

ingredients serves 1

1 packet Konjac fettuccine

1/2 cup broccoli

1 organic carrot

1 tsp organic garlic minced

1Tablespoon Thai oyster sauce

1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar

1 tablespoon light soy sauce

1 organic egg

1 tsp organic raw sugar

 

Method:

Rinse Konjac noodles under running water in sieve and drain.

Place all ingredients into frypan and stirfry.
