Dinner #78a & 79b

I will be taking 1 serve to study dinner for Dinner #79.

Back to some old recipes this week. Curried sausages always good for a rainy day. Hubby’s dinner and for another night

Mild Curried sausages

 

Ingredients serves 4

6 thin sausages cooked

1/2 cup organic frozen mixed vegetables

1 organic onion diced

2 organic carrot diced

2 celery stalk diced

1Tb yellow curry paste

1tsp tamarind paste

1 tsp fish sauce

1Tb brown sugar

1Tb dry Indian curry powder

1tb tamari gluten-free soy

1Tb gluten-free plain flour

400ml organic coconut cream

2Tb water

Serve with basmati rice

Method:

I cook my sausages first in frypan with 1Tb olive oil.

then slice them up into 6 pieces per sausage.

While they are cooking Cut raw vegetables into large dice but even size pieces.

add to cooked sausages with remaining ingredients and stir often so sauce is thick.
