Breakfast #78 & Breakfast #79

An old recipe I use to make. Very basic. This will also be 2 breakfasts for me.

Chicken and vegetables

 

Ingredients serves 2

2 Antibiotic free chicken thigh fillet cubed

1 organic carrot

1/3 onion

1/2 stalk celery

1/2 green capsicum

1tsp butter

1 Tb gluten-free Plain flour

2Tb water to add to sauce

 

Method

Cut chicken into cubes

cut carrot celery onion capsicum to similar size pieces to chicken for even cooking.

Cook until chicken is cooked through and vegetables are soft.

Add water to make sauce scrape brown butts into sauce it’s all flavour.
