1/8 Organic red cabbage,
1 organic carrot,
1 organic green shallot,
1/4 red onion,
1Tb organic mayo,
sprinkle of each thyme, parsley, garlic powder.
avocado oil cooking spray
1 antibiotic free chicken thigh fillet boneless and skinless
15g almonds crushed
Spray chicken and cook in non stick skillet until sides turn white then flip
and cook until cooked through.
Add crushed almonds on top Of antibiotic free chicken thigh fillet.
Cut slaw as listed then mix well all together
