Leftovers from dinner.

Kare chicken with Angel hair konjac noodles

 

Ingredients serves 2

 

2 legs, 2 wings, 2 thighs Kare chicken deboned leftovers,

1 packet Konjac angel hair noodles drained,

1 Tb tamari,

1Tb fish sauce,

1/2 tsp of each organic garlic and organic ginger,

1Tb Thai oyster sauce.

 

Method:

Stir fry all together after draining noodles in sieve under running water.

When chicken has heated through it’s ready.
