Beef stew with Konjac Rice
Ingredients Serves 2
2x grassfed porterhouse steaks
2 organic carrot
1 cup leftover slow cooker beef Goulash sauce
1/2 cup paleo homemade tomato sauce
1 handful fresh basil from Vegepod
1 packet Konjac Rice
Cut steak into cubes.
Strain Konjac Rice under water in sieve
Cut carrot and zucchini into rings with crinkle cutter.
Place all ingredients into frypan with lid.
Stir occasionally so rice doesn’t stick.
This dish cooks in about 10 minutes.
Serve between 2 bowls.
