Breakfast #67

Cleavers make some great little chipolatas so I have used these for breakfast and still have some left for other meals over the weekend.

Chipolatas & Avo Bread

Ingredients serves 1

3 Cleavers chipolatas

1/2 Avocado

1 slice paleo bread

1/2 organic tomato

1 small handful organic mixed salad leaves

1 tsp homemade paleo tomato sauce

 

Method:

In frypan cook chipolatas without oil or spray.

Slice avocado and place on top of bread on serving plate.

Add leaves to plate.

Cut tomatoe into wedges and place on leaves.

Place cooked chipolatas on plate with sauce drizzled over the top of chipolatas.
