Afternoon tea this’ll fill the spot until dinner.

Afternoon snack

 

Ingredients serves 1

30g Lactose free cheese

1 organic tomato sliced

4 basil leaves fresh from Vegepod

2 premium crackers

Sprinkle black pepper

 

Method:

slice tomato and place on crackers.

Sprinkle black pepper on tomato.

Slice cheese and add to tomato with basil leaves
