Thai red curry chicken recipe I made in Slow Cooker.

Thai red curry chicken

Ingredients serves 4

2 cups Organic vegetables ( carrot, beans, cauliflower, broccoli ),

400g chicken breast ,

375ml Antibiotic free chicken stock homemade

1Tb brown sugar,

1/2 cup raw c coconut milk,

1Tb Thai red curry paste

1tb coconut amino or fish sauce

1 handful fresh coriander

serve with Rice

 

Method:

Place all ingredients into slow cooker on high for 4 hours

serve with Konjac rice.

Drain Konjac rice in sieve under running water.

Heat through in pan or add to slow cooker at end of the cooking time.
