Dinner #65

I have swapped meals around today. Dinner at breakfast and breakfast for dinner. Excited now I can do healthy paleo bread and other meals with Konjac rice and noodles as it opens up a lot more dishes and still be paleo friendly or Lectin-Free friendly meals.

Paleo bread BLT with cheese

Ingredients serves 1

2 slices paleo bread

1 slice nitrate free bacon

2 slices organic tomato

2 organic cos lettuce leaves

1/ slice lactose free cheese

1/4 tsp kewpie mayo (*you can use paleo friendly mayo if you wanted)

 

Method:

With sandwich press cook bacon first then assemble sandwich.

Place 1 slice paleo bread on bottom, then ingredients as listed

then top with remaining slice bread.

Close sandwich press and cook until green light comes on
