Using up more ingredients. Leftover turkey roast for this yummy salad.

Turkey apple cranberry salad

Ingredients serves 1

1 1/2 slices roast turkey

1/2 Julie apple from orchards

1 cucumber fresh from Vegepod

1 handful walnuts

1 handful dried cranberries

3 organic cos lettuce leaves

Method:

heat turkey in microwave on plate for 1 minute.

Slice Apples into wedges.

Place lettuce on plate and add apples, walnut, cranberries and turkey.

Slice cucumber and place on plate.
