Four ingredients lunch
2 slices Ingram’s roast turkey
1/2 glengarie orchard Julie apple
1 small (from Woolworths odd bunch) avocado
1 handful macro organic mixed leaves
Cook roast according to direction (2hours in oven) then slice 2 pieces from the roast and keep the rest for another meal
Slice apple into thin slices and avocado into cubes.
Place mixed leaves on plate and top with apple, turkey and avocado.
