I wanted to try to make a different take on pho soup into a Hotpot . This is my adapted non traditional version.
Pho prawn hotpot
Ingredients serves 2
12 king prawns frozen (deveined and peeled)
1/2 organic onion diced
1Tb Thai oyster sauce
1Tb sesame oil
1Tb gluten-free tamari
1tsp pho beef stock powder (from Asian supermarket)
1 handful fresh coriander leaves
1 handful fresh mint leaves
Cut onion into dice.
Add all ingredients into large saucepan or soup pot/wok.
Turn to low simmer for 20 minutes.
Serve between 2 bowls.
