Lunch #55

Camping lunch day 3:

Hot lunch on a hot day. Using up noodles we had from a previous vacation.

Noodle Garlic Ginger Hot Pot

2x 2min noodles

1/4 Organic cabbage,

1 head organic broccoli,

2 Organic carrots

1Tb organic ketchup,

1Tb organic ginger,

1Tb organic garlic,

1Tb organic butter

2 Cups water

Method:

Cook all ingredients in saucepan on low heat until vegetables are cooked through and noodles are soft.
