Still on vacation with this meal

Grass Fed Beef Burger

Ingredients serves 2

2 Grass Fed Beef Burger Patties

2 Portobello Mushrooms (*use for the “bun”)

Salad:

2 Leaves organic lettuce

1 Organic lemon,

1Tb olive oil,

Light Pinch sea-salt & pepper

30g walnuts

1 avocado,

1 sweet potato spiralized (Bought packet already done)

 

Method:

Cook burger patty to your liking.

Lightly cook the Portobello mushroom cap then place on plate.

Top with burger Pattie.

Make salad on plate.

Chop avocado and halve the tomatoes.

Mix well with other salad ingredients.
