Lectin Free based salad with my addition of dried cranberries.
Prawn & Cranberry Salad
Ingredients Serves 1
5 Prawns Frozen
1Tb Dried cranberries
1 Handful Organic mixed leaves,
1/2 small Avocado sliced
1 organic lemon juiced,
1Tb walnut oil
Place leaves on bottom of bowl.
Top with remaining ingredients making sure lemon juice coats the avocado so it doesn’t go brown
Tip : Use Hass Avocados if you can as they don’t go brown.
