Kale & Bacon Omelette

Kale & Bacon Omelette

Ingredients serves 1

1 stem kale leaves only
1 organic egg
1Tb lactose free milk
4 small bacon rashers nitrate free
Light pinch sea salt
Serve with options
1/ gluten-free Worcestershire sauce
2/ hot sauce
3/ balsamic vinegar

Method

Pan fry without oil in non stick skillet and cook bacon then remove to plate/board

Then make omelette with egg and milk lightly beat together and cook for 2-3 minutes each side.

Remove to plate/board

Cook kale with sea salt 1 minute each side.

Place on serving plate

Tear up bacon and omelette and add on top of kale.
