Lunch #47

I made these to take to a picnic lunch Today.

Each person got a bowl with 2 sections.

Bottom layer: 1/2 small Organic Cos lettuce, 8 organic tomatoes, 1 organic carrot

Top layer: 1tsp pickled ginger, 1TB back sliced olives, 1/2 avocado, 2 slices bacon, 1Tb ranch dressing
