Ingredients serves 1
1 organic free range egg
1/2 organic tomato
2 slices nitrate free bacon
1/4 packet spiral sweet potato
coconut oil cooking spray
Spray non stick skillet with spray and cook bacon and tomato
Cook sweet potato spiral in microwave according to direction on packet
Remove bacon and tomato to serving plate
Crack the shell, add egg to skillet and cook egg to your liking
Serve the sweet potato on plate with egg.
Keep the rest of the sweet potato spirals for another meal.
Put them in container with lid in fridge.
