Pasture raised vegan mince with Pete Evans spaghetti Bolognese simmer sauce

ingredients serves 4

500g pasture raised vegan mince

1 jar Pete Evans spaghetti Bolognese simmer sauce

4 serves cheesy polenta leftovers

Method

Cook mince in frypan

Add sauce and half jar of water.

Heat polenta. Divide between 4 serves

top with Bolognese mince
