Dinner #44

At study group tonight and others are cooking lasagna and garlic bread. I will be taking my own meal to keep on track.

Ingredients serves 1

1 packet konjac spaghetti (slendier)

1/4 of a half organic cabbage

1/3 organic carrot leftover from breakfast and lunch

1 organic green shallot

2 free range chicken thighs steamed and cut up

2Tb organic tomato chutney

Method

cook noodles according to packet

add remaining ingredients to container

drain noodles add to container and mix well

NB: Konjac comes in spaghetti, noodles, rice, pasta. Sometimes called slender or miracle noodles/rice

10 calories per serve , low carb, good in fibre.
