Breakfast #44

electricity is going to be turned off in street today so no fridge or cooking. So i got up early and reheated the chicken before it goes off.

Ingredients Serves 1

1 chicken thigh cooked day before

1/2 organic carrot grated

3 organic cos lettuce leaves

5 organic cherry tomatoes

1 small cucumber from Vegepod sliced

 

Method

Yesterday I steamed chicken in microwave steamer for 6 minutes from frozen then pan fried in non-stick skillet to finish off cooking and brown outside. No oil or spray used in skillet.

Today I reheat on microwave plate for 1 1/2 minutes.

Grate carrot with grater

place lettuce on plate top with carrot, cucumber, tomato.
