
Organic vegetables for my lunch, using up some deli ham. Hubby’s lunch for work was leftover yellow curry beef hotpot.
Ingredients serves 1
1 organic carrot
1 Vegepod cucumber
12 organic cos lettuce leaves
5 organic cherry tomato
3 organic mushrooms with organic butter and organic garlic
3 slices deli ham
Method
cut cucumber on diagonal
cut Carrot into batons
roll deli meat then stand on plate.
Assembe salad on top of lettuce as shown
